Naborino's top priority is the health and safety of our employees, community members, vendor partners and the communities where we all work and live.  We will be continuing to maintain all recommended health and safety measures, with extra precaution in light of new COVID-19 variants, including masks, eyewear protection, and safety barriers for all delivery services.

Community Social Interaction:

Naborino is committed to the safety of the communities that we hope to build among neighbours. While we encourage our community members to engage with each other through our website, app and social features, we do not encourage in-person interactions at this time.  When interacting in-person with other members of your Naborino community or vendor partners, please exercise mask-wearing, social distancing of at least 6' and any other measures recommended by local health authorities. Naborino assumes no liability for the COVID-19 safety conduct of our members during in-person interactions.

Physical Product Orders:

For community group buying deals that involve the delivery or pick-up of physical products (including Food and Home Essentials), Naborino will connect our community members directly with our vendor partners to arrange delivery or in-store/curb-side pickup of their purchases. Naborino takes best efforts during the selection of our vendor partners, to confirm their COVID-19 health and safety procedures and to ensure that those policies are accessible on their own websites. Once a deal is complete, our users are subject to the vendor's COVID-19 Policies. Naborino assumes no liability for the COVID safety conduct of our vendor partners. In-Person Services:

Many in-person services like home maintenance and repair continue to be considered essential services. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our community members and vendors who use Naborino, and the wider community. Naborino vendors  who provide in-home and in-person services will continue to be available for jobs. While limiting interaction with others is paramount, our vendors are still able to safely attend to in-person services you may be in need of.
