We always want you to have a great experience with Naborino. That’s why we have the Naborino Promise. If you make a purchase through one of our local community group buying deals and are disappointed by your experience, contact us within fourteen days of your purchase and tell us about it at hey@naborino.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Naborino carefully selects our vendor partners to ensure the highest quality of products and services are provided to our members through their group buying deals. Most of our Naborino vendors have their own refund policies  for their businesses which will apply in the case of customer dissatisfaction. While Naborino does not assume the responsibility for refunds for unsatisfactory products and services from our vendors, we commit to working with our members to connect them with our vendor's customer service teams to help make things right.
